Survey of prospective psychology graduate students
The American Psychological Association sponsors PSYCAS, a centralized application service for students applying to psychology graduate programs at both the master’s and doctoral levels.
PSYCAS offers the ability to search for and apply to academic programs through a single online and cloud-based portal — similar to The Common Application, which you may have used in applying to your undergraduate institution. It provides you with a single point of contact, minimizes duplicative data entry of common application information (e.g., your personal information, academic history, etc.) and provides real-time status notifications for receipt of evaluation letters, transcripts and completion of application reviews.
We’re interested in your thoughts about applying to graduate-level psychology programs. Please take this confidential and quick survey to help us better serve prospective students.
It will only take three minutes of your time. You will also have an opportunity to enter a drawing to win a copy of APA’s 2017 edition of “Graduate Study in Psychology.”
If you have any questions about this survey, please contact Daniel Michalski, PhD, associate director for Graduate and Postgraduate Education and Training at (202) 336-5934.
